Bill Unger is Macklowe’s Executive Vice President and President of McGraw Hudson Construction Corp. He leads an in-house construction staff directly responsible for the “ground-up” development of approximately 8 million square feet of Manhattan office and apartment buildings, as well as over 3,000 residential and hotel units. These properties include the Metropolitan Tower, 610 Broadway, ThreeTen East 53rd Street and 510 Madison Avenue.

Mr. Unger also oversees the management of all of Macklowe’s redevelopment projects, such as the General Motors Building and Plaza at 767 Fifth Avenue, 340 Madison Avenue, and 540 Madison Avenue. Mr. Unger has been with the company since 1983 and has been in charge of every project since 1995 in an executive capacity.

Before joining Macklowe Properties, Mr. Unger worked for Morse/ Diesel Construction Corp, Infinite Electric Corp. and for the Presbyterian Hospital.
